Ultraviolet water purification is a unique and rapid method of water disinfection without the use of heat or chemicals. UV filter utilizes germicidal ultraviolet lamps that produce short wave radiation lethal to bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms present in water. Self-cleaning device is included. The UV unit will be installed prior to the Sterilizing Filter.
The water enters the stainless-steel disinfection chamber and flows into the space between the quartz sleeves and chamber wall where suspended microscopic organisms are exposed to intense shortwave germicidal UV radiation.
Translucent sight port and front panel indicator lights provide positive indication of germicidal lamp operation.
Water leaving the purifier is instantly ready for use.

Reverse Osmosis

>> To removes contaminants from water and produce clean water

Industrial Reverse Osmosis systems remove up to 99.9% of salts and contaminants from different impure feed water sources including municipal, brackish and surface water. The system blocks bacteria, particles, sugars, proteins, dyes, and impurities with a molecular weight superior to 150-250 Dalton.
Reverse osmosis is the most convenient and effective method of water filtration due to the fact it can remove more than most other systems. The system removes the impurities without the use of chemicals.
As the reverse osmosis process is non-selective – it removes the ‘good’ along with the ‘bad’ stuff, our solution can include the possibility of remineralizing the water by adding back some of the good stuff. This is done with a post-filter that contains some form of calcium or magnesium. The reverse osmosis treated water is passed through one of these filters where it dissolves some of the filtration media and remineralize the water.

Storage tank made of high quality AISI304-2B or AISI316L stainless steel, shell thickness δ= 3-4 mm with single layer insulation, triangle adjustable legs with different type agitator (wing agitator, anchor type, propeller type, frame type) or without agitator is used for storage or mixing liquids. They are also used for buffer storage as well.

Carbonator


Carbonator machine is used to add or dissolve tiny bubbles (CO2) in beverages. The carbonation effect also adds a sparkle to wine, water, a dynamic head to tall glasses of beer, and generally adds a kick to adult drinks. The process infuses soft drinks with fizz. It tickles the tongues of youngsters with effervescence when they pop open a can of soda.
The machine can dissolve the CO2 in the final product or in the tank.
Final product carbonating, it shows an auxiliary pipeline of gasification, where the process is completed by an injector pipe. The carbonating inside of the tank occurs for the distribution of the trays, offering a large area of contact between the product and CO2, facilitating the absorption by the liquid.
This carbonator can be also supplied with deaerator to remove oxygen first in water before carbonation.
