Carbonator

Carbonator machine is used to add or dissolve tiny bubbles (CO2) in beverages. The carbonation effect also adds a sparkle to wine, water, a dynamic head to tall glasses of beer, and generally adds a kick to adult drinks. The process infuses soft drinks with fizz. It tickles the tongues of youngsters with effervescence when they pop open a can of soda.
The machine can dissolve the CO2 in the final product or in the tank.
Final product carbonating, it shows an auxiliary pipeline of gasification, where the process is completed by an injector pipe. The carbonating inside of the tank occurs for the distribution of the trays, offering a large area of contact between the product and CO2, facilitating the absorption by the liquid.
This carbonator can be also supplied with deaerator to remove oxygen first in water before carbonation.

Water Treatment

Water treatment is process to which raw source water goes through to ensure it meets the qualities of what is considered good water for use in CSD or drinking. The treatment process is depending on two factors. These include:
1. The specific source of water (raw water specification). This may be river, borehole, waste water or municipal water
2. The desired final water specification. (Sometimes this if determined by the country standard’s body).
The type of treatment is developed after reviewing the source water specification in order to achieve the desired final specification.
Alpes provide various treatment units like media filters (Carbon, sand and Green-sand (Manganese)), Ozonation-units, cartridge-filters, Reverse-Osmosis units, Ultra-filtration units, chemical dosing units, Clarifiers and UV light treatment.

Mixing tank

The tank has its own agitation with adaptable blades to ensure that the materials can be cut in at low speed.
The tank can be made in single layer, double layer or three layers.

Blender

Main working principle of this equipment is making use of high-speed rotating impeller to sufficiently mix powder material and liquid and produce required mixture. The max temperature absorbed by this equipment is 80℃, and it can be used in the production of juice or flavoured milk or other beverages.
